Store has gone downhill!! There have been pallets on the floor most of the times that I went there. I struggled to find a lot of the products I needed. The liquor store is almost never open when it should be!! Management needs to figure there stuff out!!!

Pretty darn easy using the scan and go in the app. Calculates your total as you scan your items and put them in your cart. Nice shopping experience

Orin and Tyler were nothing short of exceptional—rising above the call of duty, they exceeded all expectations by not only providing outstanding service but also going the extra mile. Their thoughtfulness was truly commendable, as they graciously assisted in transporting my belongings to my car and even took the initiative to ensure my cart found its way back to its place. Their dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire experience a shining example of unparalleled service and genuine care.

A miserable shopping experience every step of the way. A true story: This week the store is out of stock or no longer carries several basic items. After finding a little over half of my shopping list I proceeded to the check out area. The check out area was 'renovated' a few years ago to be mostly self check out. This is unpleasant. There are always one or two check out lanes open, but the employees tend not to be overly quick, or overly friendly. If you have a child with you they wish to separate the cart from the shopper so either you give up your kids or have the hassle of sorting that out. If you wish to pay cash for your goods you would have to wait for a cashier, because the self check out lanes are card only. Unfortunately most of the time about half the self check out lanes are 'down' or 'out of order.' Last trip I had to wait 3 carts deep- just to do the work of checking myself out. I have to be the cashier and effectively work for Sam's Club for free which I have no interest in doing- but if I want to purchase goods it is about the only way. It's insulting. The self checkout model was a value add to the customer when it allowed customers with about 5 or fewer items to skip waiting in line and save their own time by doing the work themselves. That was a value several people were willing to trade. Now I STILL have to WAIT in line and then I still have to check out - even if I have a cartload and I have no wish to check my items out. Also the employees who watch the self checkouts are very frequently rude. Once finishing the misery of checking out. There is another line to exit. I have purchased the few goods that the store had available which I was looking for and now I'm held hostage by someone with a scanner. I have every legal right to leave your store now. My transaction is done. However they expect you to wait. On my last trip this wait was 11 carts deep. Every day the news has videos of people committing retail theft casually walking out of stores with cartloads-uninterrupted by employees, yet I have paid for goods and I do not get to walk out of the store. It is insulting to my time and demoralizing to those who do what is right. On my last trip an employee raised her voice at me repeatedly regarding another co-worker of hers. To add injury to insult: I had to pay Money for a membership to this miserable shopping experience!! It's comical that I have explained to my children that there was a time, about a decade ago, when I went shopping for fun! Shopping was an experience in and of itself. It was an event. There was music, sometimes samples. People were cheerful. Now typically, at this Sam's Club especially, it is degrading and demoralizing. My mom-friends have repeatedly teased me for being "barbaric" for doing my own shopping in person. I'm old fashioned like that. They all order online, have subscriptions, and or get delivery/pickup. I don't want that. I want to go shopping for myself. I want to have an employee cashier my goods. I want to pay cash for actual goods. Then I want to be free to leave the store. Sam's has made the shopping experience so thoroughly unpleasant it's as if they want us to stop coming into the store and just buy online. I wouldn't buy stock in that store if it were free. Looks like an absolutely failing model to me. Gas is just as cheap at Fleet farm and at least they are cordial. Good bye Sam's Club. My life will be more enjoyable now that I've broken the nigh-abusive relationship I had with Sam'sClub. Thank you for reading my story. I hope there is something beautiful in your day today.

A worker there who I think was the manager gave off homophobic vibes when I was shopping with my partner, gave very dirty looks and even followed us around for a while. It was also very hard to find anything there, very unorganized and messy. Never coming back to this location again, very disappointed.
